Bottled Alive 2025: The first step on the international stage – and the wine flows wherever you look! 🍷🌍

The beginning of 2025 meant something extra for us. After years of hard (but fun) planning and constant testing of our natural wines, we arrived at a festival that became our new experience - and we believe, the beginning of something even bigger! 🥂

Bottled Alive , a natural festival in the picturesque Czech town of Tábor, was exactly what we needed. This festival was not only another place to show our wines, but also a great opportunity to meet other winemakers, taste unusual varieties, and most importantly, spend a weekend full of great experiences and, of course, even better wine. 🍇✨

It's no secret that we were really looking forward to this festival, especially because it was our first international festival where we had the opportunity to present our natural wines. We met the festival organizers, Janči and Magda , back in 2024 at the ERUPTED!2024 event in Levice, and even then it was a weekend full of laughter, good wine and, as usual, nice people. And when we received the invitation to Bottled Alive , we knew that it would be another unforgettable event.

And what we experienced there was completely different . Meeting 145 winemakers from different corners of the world from Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, France, Slovenia, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Italy and the Czech Republic was something that everyone who is serious about natural wine should experience. These wineries produce over 3,507,100 bottles of wine on average. On Friday, international winemakers arrived, and on Saturday , winemakers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia kicked things off. The amount of wines that you could taste, compare and discuss was truly overwhelming. I did not forget our tasting – anyone who had the honor of tasting our natural wines knows that we really put everything into it!

Bottled Alive is not just about wine – it’s about community , collaboration and building relationships . And that’s what really appealed to us about this festival. When we imagine that our little piece of family winemaking was part of such an international event, I feel truly proud. Our goal was to connect with like-minded people and share our passion for natural wine .

Of course, we can't forget about the fun . It was a weekend adventure where the wine was constantly refilled (we won't lie, we liked it too) and every visitor found something for themselves - from fresh white wines , PetNats , to deep red wines that took your breath away.

And that's why we rate Bottled Alive 2025 as a huge success and are already looking forward to 2026. Thank you for this opportunity, thank you to the organizers and everyone who came to taste our wines and exchange experiences. See you again next year - and definitely with more news (of course, only if they don't charge us that transaction tax on the glass!:D). 🍷💸
