Protection of personal data
According to §19 and §20 of Act No. 18/2018Z.z. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "the law") and Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "regulation").
1. Introductory Provisions
The aim of this document is to provide information about what personal data we process, how we treat it, for what purposes we use it, to whom we can provide it, and where you can obtain information about your personal data and exercise your rights in the processing of personal data.

3. Purpose of personal data processing, legal basis of processing
If you express interest in our services, in a personal meeting, or have questions about our services, we process your personal data on the legal basis of Legitimate interest.
If you decide to use our paid services, we record the personal data provided by you to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract on a legal basis Performance of the contract and only for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the services provided.

4. Identification of processed personal data of affected persons
The website https://www.vinohancko.sk/ uses an encrypted SSL connection for any user connection and transfer of any data.
You can ask us for more information about the services we offer in the contact form on our website. In order to provide you with the requested service or information, we need to process the following contact personal data: e-mail address and name.
Our website uses cookies. The data we collect through cookies is anonymized and cannot be assigned to a specific person.
5. Identification of beneficiaries, categories of beneficiaries
The operator may provide personal data to intermediaries who have contractually agreed to accept adequate guarantees of preserving the protection of processed personal data, to Authorized entities (institutions/organizations) according to a special legal regulation - to state administration and public authorities for the exercise of control and supervision (e.g. labor inspectorate) by the court, law enforcement authorities.
The collected cookies are processed by the Google Analytics service provider, operated by Google Inc., located at 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Directly from the person concerned.
7. Period of storage of personal data
The operator processes personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose but for a maximum period of 1 year.
Cookies are stored for the period specified for each type of cookie.
8. Profiling
The operator does not process personal data by profiling or in a similar way based on automated individual decision-making.
9. Rights of the affected person
In accordance with the processing and protection of personal data, you have the following rights:
Withdraw consent - in cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent in writing at the address of the operator's registered office, via the electronic address vinohancko@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data that we processed about you based on it.
Right of access - you have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information about how we use your personal data.
Right to rectification - we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information we hold about you. If you believe that the data we have is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to correct, update or supplement this information.
Right to deletion (to be forgotten) - you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, for example, if the personal data we have obtained about you is no longer necessary to fulfill the original purpose of processing.
Right to restriction of processing - in certain circumstances you are entitled to ask us to stop using your personal data. These are, for example, cases where you believe that the personal data we have about you may be inaccurate or when you believe that we no longer need to use your personal data.
Right to data portability - in certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you have provided to us to another third party of your choice. However, the right to portability only applies to personal data that we have obtained from you on the basis of consent or on the basis of a contract to which you are a party.
Right to object - you have the right to object to data processing based on your legitimate legitimate interests. If we do not have a compelling legitimate reason for processing and you file an objection, we will not process your personal data further.
The right to submit a proposal to initiate proceedings on the protection of personal data - if you believe that your personal data is processed unfairly or illegally, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27; tel. number: +421 /2/ 3231 3214; email: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk, https://dataprotection.gov.sk. In the case of submission of the proposal in electronic form, it is necessary that it fulfills the requirements according to § 19 par. 1 of Act no. 71/1967 Coll. on administrative procedure (correct order).
